After celebrating 50 years of conferences and association growth, ARN is proud to continue offering curated attendance options for our members and rehabilitation nurses. This exciting event will again be presented in a hybrid format, with both virtual sessions and an in-person experience, including on-demand access to all sessions.

What does my access include?
On-Demand Sessions: Recorded content that can be reviewed in a self-paced format and will be accessible on the conference website through 12/31/25.
Live Sessions: Live content that will be happening during a specific set time. Select live sessions will be available on-demand through 12/31/25.
- In-Person Live: Real-time content taking place during the in-person portion of the conference.
- Virtual Live: Real-time content taking place during the virtual portion of the conference.

Professional Tours
ARN is excited to bring back our Professional Tours. This year's tour will take place during the in-person portion of the conference. The event will include transportation, and tours at local rehabilitation facilities near Phoenix. Be sure to add this early as space is limited.

On-Demand Sessions and Evaluations
With this registration type, you will have access to the virtual conference sessions on-demand and the ability to complete your evaluations and earn CEUs or CNE from the conference until December 31, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@rehabnurse.org.
A $100 processing charge will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after July 14, 2025. All refunds will be processed after the conference. ARN reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If ARN must cancel, registrants will receive full credits or refunds of their paid registration fees. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
